Terms and Conditions Apply:


1) Check in time: 14.00 PM

2) Check out time: 12:00 PM

Charge for late check out:

· RM20 per hour

3) Smoking is not allowed. RM500 fine will be imposed for the violation.

4) Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

5) We provide housekeeping services everyday from 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM. If the "Do not disturb" hanger is placed until 15:00 PM, the room will be cleaned on the next day.

6) Pet is not allowed.

7) 24 hours reservation.

8) Refundable safety deposit RM50 per room per night is required upon check in.

9) Effective from 1st September 2017, in compliance with the Malaysian Government's Tourism Tax Act 2017, a Tourism Tax of RM10 (per room per night) will be imposed on all foreign guests upon check in.

10) Cancellation Policy:

· Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 3 days BEFORE check-in date.

· No Refund: 'No Show' or cancellation made within 3 days BEFORE check-in date.

· No Refund of Advance Deposit: 'No Show', special rates or cancellation for Long Stay booking (2 weeks & above).

· For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked. If unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.

*All cancellation & refund is subject to a processing fee of MYR 10 + 5% Payment Gateway Charges.


GROUP RESERVATIONS/ BOOKINGS:

Large group reservations/ bookings can only be cancelled four (4) weeks prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled after this period may be charged one (1) full room charges plus tax for each reserved room and the balance of their cancelled reservations.
