  1. Check-in time: 15.00 PM
  2. Check-out time: 12:00 PM
    Charge for late check-out: RM20 per hour
  3. Smoking is not allowed. RM500 fine will be imposed for the violation
  4. Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
  5. We provide housekeeping services everyday from 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM. If the "Do not disturb" hanger is placed until 15:00 PM, the room will be cleaned the next day.
  6. Cooking and hanging/drying clothes at the window are prohibited in hotel premises. A RM100 recovery fee will be charged to the guest each time any of these policies are violated.
  7. Pet is not allowed.
  8. Bike is not allowed
  9. 24 hours reservation.
  10. Refundable safety deposit of RM50 per room per night is required upon check-in.
  11. Guests need to return the key card to the reception when check-out. RM50 will be charged for any lost card.
  12. The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors. Guest shall keep the hotel room is in a good condition also maintain its hygiene and cleanliness
  13. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegation has been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  14. Hotel quiet hours start from 10pm nightly. Conduct of guests and persons using services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
  15. Effective from 1st September 2017, in compliance with the Malaysian Government's Tourism Tax Act 2017, a Tourism Tax of RM10 (per room per night) will be imposed on all foreign guests upon check-in.
  16. Cancellation Policy:
    • Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 3 days BEFORE check-in date.
    • No Refund: 'No Show' or cancellation made within 3 days BEFORE the check-in date.
    • No Refund of Advance Deposit: 'No Show', special rates or cancellation for Long Stay booking (2 weeks & above).
    • For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked. If unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.
    • **All cancellation & refund is subject to 5% Payment Gateway Charges.

GROUP RESERVATIONS/ BOOKINGS:

Large group reservations/ bookings can only be cancelled four (4) weeks prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled after this period may be charged one (1) full room charge plus tax for each reserved room and the balance of their cancelled reservations.1) Check-in time: 15.00 PM
